Verdecon is a responsible Construction company based in Bondi and Byron Bay, NSW.
We are acutely aware that our industry is one of the heaviest polluters and biggest contributors to climate change worldwide, with this in mind we have taken the steps to quantify, calculate and offset our companies carbon emissions with gold standard VER's (verified emissions reductions) through Path Zero in a effort to minimise the impact our business is having on the planet. Additionally, Verdecon is now B-Corp certified making us the benchmark for environmental and social governance within our industry, something we are extremely proud of. We take our environmental responsibility seriously and we will continue to challenge the status quo around material selection and best practice building techniques in an effort to reduce our waste, our impact and ultimately build better performing homes that keep their owners happy and healthy

About Us
Verdecon is one of only a handful of Carbon Neutral construction companies in Australia. Founded in Sydney’s eastern suburbs by Dean Ipaviz & Matthew Baker, between the two directors we have over 20 years of industry experience in Project & Site management for residential & commercial construction and carpentry. We operate with honesty, integrity and pride ourselves on not only building incredible projects but also meaningful relationships with our clients. The majority of our projects consist of high-end residential projects in Sydney’s East along with renovations and new builds in the Northern Rivers of NSW.
Goals
Our aim is to encourage conversations around responsible construction and with that highlight that with a thoughtful approach to the building process we and you can identify ways to save money, time and importantly resources without compromising on quality or aesthetics.
Additionally, Verdecon has worked with Brands like Assembly Label, Inbed store, This is First Base, Broadsheet, Vida Glow and AwayCo to deliver Luxury shop fit-outs in Pacific Fair to Office fit-outs in Sydney.
